Evaluation Question 3

Through feedback I changed this end element of my film. I originally had a cut from the sped up reverse funeral scene, to the final shot of lead singer Charlie Lindsay to end this video. The feedback I received was that this jump was too sever and lost a lot of the tension created by the rest of the video.

For this I decided to added in a reversed, sped up sequence adding to the feeling i was trying to create original with the sped up reversed funeral scene, giving a more distinct feeling of leaving and the end.

Final I

Through feedback I was able to decide which image to use as my magazine cover. My original idea my peers agreed was too random and not as clear cut as the film and digi-pack were. Meaning the continuity was lost, with this in mind I chose a different image one that was more clear cut but keeping with the surreal feel.

Original Idea 

For this i used a bright blue sky super imposed, with a plane track running through the photo which was an aesthetically pleasing photo and then added Alex Atkinson, the dead guitarist, to the end of the plane track which gave a feeling that Alex was falling from the sky. So due to feedback I was able to create a more clear cut image that still had surreal elements.
